Travel Guidelines for Travellers “Arriving” in Singapore:
All Travellers entering or transiting through Singapore must present a negative result of the Covid-19 PCR test or Antigen Rapid Test (ART) taken within 2 days before your travel to Singapore.
Travellers who have been vaccinated overseas should present vaccination certificate(s) to the ICA officer at immigration clearance in order to get the overseas vaccination records reflected electronically in HealthHub or TraceTogether apps.
Travel Update:
As of 4th December 2021, all travellers who have transited or visited Ghana, Malawi and Nigeria within the last 14 days, will not be allowed to enter Singapore.
As of 27th November 2021, all travellers who have transited or visited Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe within the last 14 days before departure for Singapore, will not be allowed to transit or transfer through Singapore.

Time for Test Result: within 24 hours
Required for: Pre-departure test, For Business Travel, For Medical, For MICE events or Group Bookings, For Training & Conferences.

ON-ARRIVAL PCR TEST
Time for Test Result: within 24 hours
Required for: Post arrival test for Vaccinated and unvaccinated arrivals.
Includes free fit-to-fly travel certificate
RAPID ANTIGEN TEST
Time for Test Result: within 3 - 6 hours
Accepted for: Employment and Social gatherings
International Travel includes a free travel certificate
What are the Covid –19 travel requirements in Singapore?
Passenger Locator Form: All travellers including Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and travellers with a Long‑Term Pass (LTP), have to submit an Electronic Singapore Arrival Card with Health Declaration (SGAC) for entry into Singapore.
Covid-19 Testing Requirements: All travellers must present a negative result of Covid-19 PCR test or Antigen Rapid Test (ART) within 2 days of their flight for Singapore.
Do children need to be tested? Children below 3 years are exempted from pre-departure testing.
